A fabulous production of fun, great songs and terrific performances. Well done to all on stage, all cast and crew including volunteer orchestra members, backstage and front of house staff.

St Agnes’ Musical Society presents its 2016 production - Irving Berlin’s wonderful ANNIE GET YOUR GUN


LIVE ORCHESTRA    The soloists and Company chorus are joined once again by a live orchestra conducted by Eimear O’Grady, also stage director for the show.

CAST  The cast and company are led by Gerry Noonan, baritone and choral director, singing the role of Frank Butler, and Jennifer Cowley as Annie Oakley, the world famous sharpshooter who immortalised the words, “Anything you can do, I can do better”. Ellen Donohoe, Emily O’Neill, Zoe Ray, David Lindsay and Hannah Davis play the parts of Annie Oakley’s young brother and sisters.

ANYTHING ELSE  Live Orchestra. Theatre café open before the show and at the interval. Wonderful costumes from the Musical Society costume department, a weekly Monday morning Crumlin sewing group. A string of memorable songs, from “There’s no business like show business”, and including “Falling in love is wonderful”, “Doin’ a-what comes naturally”, “The girl that I marry”, to “Anything you can do I can do better, I can do anything better than you”.
